(Oilandgaspress) -] TotalEnergies Board of Directors met on February 10, 2026, and decided, following the conversion of the Company’s ADRs into ordinary shares, and subject to Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting decisions which will approve the 2025 financial statements, allocation of earnings and final dividend, to approve the timetable of payment dates for interim dividends and the final dividend for 2026 for shares listed on the NYSE as follows.
